City Introduction
All presentations and offline activities will be held in ShiJiaZhuang, China.
Shijiazhuang City is an area with an early development of human civilization and profound cultural heritage, and the Zhongshan culture of the Warring States Period is an important part of its historical and cultural context. The city has national key cultural relics protection units such as Pilu Temple, as well as national intangible cultural heritage representative projects such as Geng village stories and Jingcheng latte flowers. Shijiazhuang City is dominated by five major industries, including a new generation of electronic information and biomedicine. It also develops new forms of tourism such as urban leisure and beautiful countryside. The three trunk lines of Beijing-Guangzhou, Shitai and Shide meet in Shijiazhuang, which is one of the 42 transportation hub cities in China.
Academically, ShiJiaZhuang has gathered a number of institutions of higher learning and research institutions, providing a good environment and resources for research in various fields. At the same time, ShiJiaZhuang actively holds international academic conferences to promote academic exchanges and cooperation. Being held in ShiJiaZhuang, the conference will provide an opportunity for participants to have in-depth exchanges while also feeling the unique charm of the city. Presenataion Guideline
- Oral Presentations
Time Allocation: Each presentation type has different total allotted time, including speaking time and discussion. Keynote Presentation has 40 min; Invited Presentation has 25 min; Regular Oral Presentation has 15 min. Please make sure your presentation is well timed.
Please note that each session room will be equipped with a LCD projector, screen, point device, microphone, and a laptop with general presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Reader. Please make sure that your files are compatible and readable with our operation system by using commonly used fronts and symbols. If you plan to use your own computer, please try the connection and make sure it works before your presentation.
You can use USB flash drive (memory stick), each speaker is required to meet her/his session chair in the corresponding session rooms 15 minutes before the session starts and copy the slide file (PPT or PDF) to the computer.
It is suggested that you email a copy of your presentation to your personal inbox as a backup. If for some reason the files can’t be accessed from your flash drive, you will be able to download them to the computer from your email.
Movies: If your PowerPoint files contain movies please make sure that they are well formatted and connected to the main files.
- Poster Presentations
The recommended poster size is 180cm (height) × 60cm (width).
Posters are required to be condensed and attractive. The characters should be large enough so that they are visible from 1 meter apart.
Please note that during your poster session, the author should stay by your poster paper to explain and discuss your paper with visiting delegates.

The Best Poster Presentation will be awarded with certificate and cash bonus.
