By Justin Case CSCS,NSCA-CPT
If youʼre not familiar with kettlebells by now youʼre either living under a rock or youʼre 1 of the 5 people still sweatin to the oldies with Richard Simmons. The new/old strength tool is exploding in popularity and with good reason.
Kettlebell training promotes balance, flexibility, mobility, strength, rotational power, and “power endurance.” As the kettlebell grows in popularity so does the sport.
